We are a family business. We learnt how to make Sushi and other Japanese foods from a very experienced Japanese chef. We’re proud to have worked in different Japanese and Asian restaurants for many years, and now we have our own!

Yaning Xiao (Ya) loves cooking! Yaning grew up in China, and traveled and worked in many Asian countries.
Over 10 years ago Yaning moved to the UK . She is very experienced in cooking Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Lao food.

Where does the fish you use come from?
We use two types of fish. Our Salmon comes from a sea farm in Scotland, and our Tuna is caught from the Pacific Ocean.
