Meet The Trader
Covered Arts is an independent bespoke picture framing company located in the heart of Oxford’s historic Covered Market. The company was established in 2001 by husband-and-wife team Paul and Mandy. Paul started his picture framing career at 17 years of age, working for a variety of major national UK framing companies. His 30+ years of experience has seen him work with museums, galleries and now, the University of Oxford.
He started Covered Arts to run a framing company with a more personable approach to the art of framing, allowing him to oversee the highest level of conservation and care to each piece that comes through Covered Art’s doors. Paul and his team aim to offer the best advice on how to frame your images and educate others on conservation and importance of framing.
