Founder, cookery writer and chocoholic Helge Rubenstein opened the first Ben’s Cookies shop here in Oxford’s Covered Market in 1984. This shop, with our simple cookie outlook, is still going strong today. So is our business, with new shops appearing in select locations in England and around the world.
