This weekend, 14– 16 April, The Covered Market will come alive with folk music. It’s free to come, and it’s on until just before the market closes each day.
In 2022 for the first time ever, we hosted a special acoustic Market Stage in the heart of the market, with city-wide multi-venue, Folk Weekend Oxford. The picnic tables were buzzing, and it felt like the space naturally morphed into a fantastic area to soak in the sounds of folk tales old and new.
Building on the success of last year we are extremely proud to be welcoming Folk Weekend Oxford back to The Covered Market for the second year running. This year we’ll also become the Festival Hub for the weekend.
