The Oxford Living Wage reflects the real cost of living in our city and goes beyond the legal minimum.
We’re delighted to highlight Y.O.U Underwear, Oxford Soap Company, Sasi’s Thai and The Woolhound from The Covered Market who are all accredited Oxford Living Wage employers showing a real commitment to their teams and to Oxford’s independent retail community.
