The origins of iScream Oxford go back to a summer holiday in Tuscany over a decade ago when our founder, and gelatierre Graham, had that one big Epiphany moment. Out of the blue, he announced: “I’m going to open a gelateria one day.” The rest, as the say, is now history

“Thank goodness I discovered this hidden gem on the first day of a few nights away in Oxford as there were so many great flavours to choose from, it felt like eating summer in a cone. The specials such as redcurrant were delicious and oh-so fruity. I resorted to eating a really tiny lunch so that I could indulge in a lovely ice cream mid-afternoon. Are all your sorbets dairy free?
Our sorbets are made using nothing other than tons of fresh fruit, sugar & water – they contain no additives, no flavouring and no colouring
Where does the milk and cream come from in the gelato?
It comes direct from the an Organic farm, from a rare breed of Guernsey cows, which graze on the Marlborough Downs
Is the milk pasteurised?
It is, by me when it arrives in the shop, it is also unhomogenised – which is much healthier, in that your gut does not absorb the saturated fats – a win win!
